SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!! Put a Lein on my property without permission!! My mother had a leak in her condo and was referred to Joe Taylor by the HOA, long story short without her permission they installed 3 very large dehumidifying machines wile she was in NY (her permenant residence) she eventually agreed to it without knowing they were costing her $400 per day, then proceeded to tell her there was mold everywhere and they needed to bill the insurance company knowing she was not there to see it herself and at their mercy. Well when she told them she doesn’t have insurance on the property and she would be flying down to handle it herself their whole attitude changed, the insisted on billing her personally for the machines she didn’t even authorize and then when she refused they placed a $3,000 lein on the property.

Considering how awful water damage is emotionally it is a process to get through ; as a new home owner it was very helpful having Rob come out assess and start the process. He was efficient, friendly, compassionate and thorough with all my questions and concerns. The level of kindness offered was so genuine. The machines provided the best quality as the initial location of water damage was in other areas Rob found moisture in areas such as the bathroom which I didn’t imagine holding damage from the incident. Above and beyond service and quality care, would recommend this company to anyone!
