Great experience using them to clean my AC ducts! Rob the project manager was very professional and worked with to get it done the right way. The staff was great as well and the job was done efficiently and quickly. They even provided recommendations to help prevent this issue. Awesome team! Definitely recommend them!

We called Central Florida Restoration after a possible mold issue in our rental unit. Craig responded to our request within a day and was very knowledgeable and professional. He is very detailed oriented and performed the inspection with clarity and accuracy. He provided us a written report of his findings that was easy to understand and very helpful. Thank you Craig! We had the best service from this company! We had a water leak under our kitchen sink that spread over half way across our new kitchen floors. Rob came out right away, assessed everything and made a plan. Then called on his team, Mike and Jose, and made the process stress free for us. Rob was very kind, always on time, easy to contact, and always available for any question or concerns. I could not have asked for a better experience during a crazy mess. Thank you Rob! And Mike and Jose!! Highly recommended!!!

Rob led the team that performed my mold remediation. At every step of the process the team consisted of very professional, qualified personnel from James & Anna who did the barrier setup and wall removal to Lisa who did the mold removal. They were meticulous in making sure they sealed off everything and remediated all the mold. Their work passed with flying colors when the final mold tests were completed. I would highly recommend Central Florida Restoration Solutions and their dedicated team.

CFRS did amazing job helping us with our home. We experienced a small leak which started off damaging some drywall and baseboards. Luckily; with Rob‘s experience, he continued to investigate further and found that we actually ended up having mold under our vanities and into our bathroom. Seeing as we have a special needs child, mold is a huge problem and health factor for him so we were so glad that he took the extra steps to find it and take care of it. Rob’s crew was great. Mike made sure to position the equipment for air quality so it work would keep the air clean for our son. Jose was very punctual and consistent with his timeframes for moisture levels checks and Lisa did a great job with keeping the work area clean for the mold inspection. Most of all, Rob was great throughout this whole process. He made communication easy and was very flexible with our needs when it came to our living adjustments throughout that time. I would highly recommend this company and working with this crew. You will not be disappointed. Thank you CFRS for helping us get our home back to normal.

Rob and the entire CFRS team were amazing! Rob was very attentive and always available throughout the restoration process for any questions or concerns we had. Mike did a very clean demo of our wall and floor, and Jose was always on time and efficient for the daily moisture level checks. We were continually amazed at how friendly, courteous and helpful everyone from CFRS was throughout the process. If you want to make a very stressful situation a LOT less stressful, definitely use CFRS!
