I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for a job well done. Unfortunately, the majority of people send complaints. Quite the contrary. The workers were incredible working long hours, being courteous to inquiring residents, and ensured that the area exposed was carefully protected to ensure that the area was safe. In an elderly community, that was a critical factor as they are often curious (it helps them to ask questions to occupy some of their time). Your team are dedicated employees and handled interruptions from residents in a friendly manner. The residents in our building are impressed with the job. The repair comprised of removing all the pavers for 12-14 feet, leveling in order to pitch the water retention toward the open area. With a building 40 years old, matching the older pavers was a pleasant surprise to see how closely matched they were. As the Vice President of Bimini Association, I had to relay how happy and appreciative they are with the professional job. No one would ever know that a huge section of repair. The residents especially the residents that were affected by the 3” collection of water from heavy rains that did not dissipate for several days. Obviously, it was imperative that it was done because standing water was a safety hazard. Your company had also done a complete renovation in one of my units on the top floor. I am remiss not taking the time to show my appreciation on behalf of the building residents an myself. The level of professionalism for your team and yourself was outstanding. I t is refreshing to see the owner coming out daily to inspect the progress and the quality of the work performed. Every day whether it was the repair of the major renovation, all the building rules were followed. Your workers made sure on each job you do that the public areas are clean when they leave. I personally appreciated the cleanliness of the area while doing the job and as they left the job each night. Please feel free to share my review of your company and I will be posting it in yelp and google. Thank you again for your attention to detail and pride shown with a beautiful job.

And after having gotten a quote from another company, I decided to do my due diligence. I notified Pats company (Florida Water, and Mold ). on a Friday. He came right over the very next day Saturday. Who does that? Pat does. Pat evaluate the scope of the job and that same day, I received an estimate that was acceptable for the cleaning of the mold. I was informed that would be a two day job, and that that would arrive at 9 AM on each one of 2 the days. His crew arrived on time as scheduled and was completed in the two days as promised. Pat and his company, and was also able to remedy the damages that were caused by the plumbing issue. This was also done efficiently on time and professional. There is no question that if ever I need to refer Pat and his team, I will do so with comfort and confidence

Fantastic job from evaluating the water remediation estimate to reconstruction. Professional and courteous crews who did excellent work. Good communication and reasonable prices along with fair and informative advice. Very happy I did read the reviews, it worked out well !

They took care of everything! My insurance company didn’t want to pay(shocker) and they connected me with a lawyer. My bathroom is beautiful. 10 stars!

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen wall which flooded out my house. I contacted my insurance company (citizens) about it and they recommended going through the mrp program they offer. I was a bit skeptical about it at first because I figured they would send me the cheapest contractor they could find. They sent out Pat and company in a timely manner. Pat showed up on time, went through everything and came up with a solution. Everything Pat said would be done was done in a very professional manner with a above standard quality/finish. All of Pats staff was very professional, extremely clean, communicated well and worked vey hard! I was very impressed that citizens sent me such a great company to take care of our problems. I’m very happy with the way everything came out and I would HIGHLY recommend South Florida Water and Mold Restoration! My parents ended up getting some water damage as well so we called pat out. Like before, pat showed up on time, was very professional and took care of everything for my parents. It’s hard to find genuine people who actually keep their word nowadays. Pat is a man of his word, cares about the customer, makes sure everything is 110% perfect and that the customer is 110% satisfied! I wouldn’t use any other company for my flooring, water and mold or remodeling moving forward. South Florida Water and Mold Restoration Is the best in the industry! Thank you Pat and team!

When we had a leak in our kitchen wall, our insurance company assigned South Florida Water and Mold Restoration for our mold remediation. What a blessing they were! Pat, the co-owner came out immediately and got our wall drying out and reassured us everything was going to be okay. When it came time to do the remodel we requested them for the remodel because they were so easy to work with. They showed up when they said the were going to and had a subcontractor they trusted for every component of our kitchen. I never thought a full kitchen remodel could be easy (especially at the height of Covid), but they really made it easy for us. Lisa, then owner was an expert at handling the insurance and managing the project. When we asked for a quick turnaround because of the holidays, she made it happen. If you’re looking for a reliable contractor that will show up and get the work done, these guys are it!

They came out as soon as the leak happened and immediately started work. I have small kids, and we were super nervous about any damage in the house. They even left fans and dryers to get the moisture out of our house. The owner came by several times to check on things and to have that added oversight. Though it was appreciated, the crew that was there was more than sufficient and professional to handle the job.

Pat came out to our house because we had mold growing on our bathroom walls and ceiling and we were told we would need to tear all the drywall down. Pat was very honest with us, explained why we had the mold and what to do to fix the problem ourselves. His honesty saved us a ton of money and we are very grateful for that. We highly recommend his services.

We were so thankful and impressed with everyone we had contact with in this company. Learning we had mold that needed to be removed and then reconstruction done was not the news we wanted (and during the middle of a pandemic), but given that we had to do it, we could not have selected a better and more responsive company. We highly, highly recommend them!!
