Ken and his team performed well under difficult and challenging circumstances and did an excellent job. There was extensive work of diverse types, and Ken coordinated all effectively. I felt totally confident throughout a long restoration project from flooding. Good communication throughout. I’ve total confidence in recommending his company.

The Encompass team not only perform a vital service, during a time of chaos and high stress, they perform this service with kindness, professionalism, flexibility and persistence. I have had prior claims for damage to my home, before I knew about Encompass. In every case, even minor events, the process was always a very expensive nightmare. This time, the entire process was completely different, from the very moment that I contracted with Encompass. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about how to take care of your home and get it healthy, again. But just as important, they know how to work with your insurance company to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that you get the maximum amount of benefits possible. Their awareness of the current laws, both federally and in our state, made sure that I was given the best possible results, both by the insurance company and the contractors. The Encompass project manager did not disappear once their part of the job was complete. He remained accessible and available to help me in any way he could, and always with a friendly, organized and professional approach. In summary, they took a naturally traumatizing, chaotic and confusing event and made it as transparent and organized as possible.
