Coastline Restoration provides outstanding service on mold remediation. Hunter and Josh cleaned the utility room and bedroom eliminating all odors. The rooms were cleaned top to bottom with incredible results. The owner Mike Denning always answered my phone calls in a timely manner providing sound advice. We were first introduced to Coastline Restoration when our condo association hired them to take care of some water removal and drywall repair when a pipe burst between us and the condo upstairs. We were so impressed with their work we decided to have them do the remainder of the bathroom remodel that was required due to that pipe breaking. Sadly a much worse flood occurred a month later when our upstairs neighbor left her sink plugged and water running for several hours. I’m convinced if our insurance company would have had Coastline come in immediately the damage would have been minimized. The contractor our insurance company sent out didn’t pull up carpet or take down drywall in spite of around 80% of our place being flooded. By the time we were able to get Coastline in, a terrible mold problem had developed. They ended up having to do water and mold remediation for our entire unit. As before, we hired them to do the complete remodel. They did an excellent job both times. They use quality materials and do pristine work at a reasonable price. Mike and crew are knowledgeable, honest, easy to work with, and above all, always professional. Even months later, when there was an issue with one of the products a subcontractor had used, Coastline went above and beyond to help us get the issue resolved and make things right. Mike will always be my first call if I even suspect water damage or mold.

Amazing company!! We had extensive water damage in our condo. Mike and his team were at our place within 24 hours of our first phone call. They took care of everything from drying, tearing out dry wall, mold remediation, and rebuild of the entire place. Mike helped us through the insurance process as well. We couldn’t be more grateful for all their hard work to restore our property!!

Mike and his crew were awesome they were on time they were friendly they were respectful they took care of the job completely left absolutely nothing undone and were in and out as quickly as they could possibly be so that I could get back to my living quarters I would definitely recommend them without hesitation at all

I had substantial water intrusion from hurricane Nicole to my living room, master bedroom, master bathroom and closet. Obviously I was very overwhelmed. I contacted Mike and he took over immediately and scheduled tear out and dry out. Tear out and dry out crew were timely, professional, efficient and clean. Mike timely scheduled repair which was done by David who was was very professional and very detailed and competent. I highly recommend Mike and his crew for any of the services he offers.
