I highly recommend this company. After briefly starting with another company, I switched over to Affordable Water and Mold Removal and so glad I did. Ryan answered all of my many questions, put my mind at ease, and took care of my house like he would his own. He went above and beyond, did extra work for me, and was fair in pricing. I would without a doubt use him again and will be recommending him in the future if family or friends are in need of this type of work.

Arrived to my parents’ condo on a holiday weekend to mold growing on the wood and leather furniture. I called this business in a bit of a panic and Ryan came out within an hour to provide a free estimate. He educated me on the mold, put my fears to rest, advised me on how to clean it up and how to prevent it in the future. The advice alone was so helpful and when I asked to pay for the consult, he said it was free so I’m leaving this review to encourage anyone with a mold issue to give them a call. They will be honest with you as to the severity of the problem and won’t sell you services you may not need.

If I could give these guys 100 stars I would! During a kitchen remodel we discovered some black mold, I was a wreck! I called these guys, they came out immediately and got this mess taken care of. Absolute professionals, do amazing work and know their stuff! I would highly recommend them 24/7/365!!

This company never sent us a bill and I assumed our insurance company paid them. A couple years later (after not one bill) we received a collection notice from an attorney. Horrible way to do business. They said they sent us emails and we never received even one. Very poorly run!

Would definitely and I mean definitely call them if I needed anything at all. I requested an in-home inspection and the technician (Daniel) came out extremely quickly. He was extremely respectful, easy to speak with and offered an honest opinion. We ended up not needing any serious work but while he was here he answered all questions, offered helpful suggestions and was (as far as I can tell) legitimately trying to be as helpful as he could. Super solid. Would highly recommend.

Ryan and his company were absolutely AMAZING!!!!! They went above and beyond my expectations, I have never been more impressed by a company before. As a first time home owner he was able to educate me on things I should of been doing as well as things I can do to prevent this problem from ever happening again. They even helped me replace a ceiling light that I had out for long time because I didn’t know how to change it as well as my closet door! I will recommend them to anyone. I’m so happy I chose this company!
