Over the summer we had some water damage to our condo that required remediation. I contacted several mold remediation companies, and Fast Restoration was the only organization that returned my call. Their team came in the same day and provided a full assessment of the remediation costs and a preliminary assessment of the restoration costs (dependent on what they found through the remediation process). They were ready to start the job the following week. We signed the contract and they completed the remediation and restoration in two and half weeks. Igor and his team were amazing to work with, and we were kept updated throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out, was at the end of the job Igor called me to say that they reassessed the job and determined that they came under budget and would issue me a refund for the difference. This really goes to show the honesty and integrity of this organization, especially in this type of industry. If you’re looking for an honest and reputable company to do your mold remediation, I highly recommend Fast Restoration. Thanks again to the entire team.

Igor and his team were amazing through the entire process of our mold remediation and restoration. FAST Restoration was the only company that gave me a reasonable restoration time and they didn’t disappoint. I received other quotes with restoration timelines in the 3+ month range for a relatively small area (less than 1000 sq ft.). Igor provided a reasonable remediation estimate (in the middle price-wise from other companies I quoted with) and an equally reasonable restoration estimate as well. They completed the removal in just over 2 days and the restoration started just a few days later. Henry handled the restoration and he was absolutely great to work with. He cleaned up at the end of every single day and was professional and communicative during the entire price. I even had to travel during the process and they worked with my schedule with no delays or issues at all. The restoration looks like we never had any mold damage and I can’t thank Igor, Henry and the rest of the team at FAST restoration enough.

Speaking from experience in two states on opposite coasts, I know what a pain it is to rebuild the kitchen and other parts of your house following water damage. The FAST Restoration team of Igor, Alex, Ney, and Silvio transformed a crippling event into a “pleasant” experience. Starting with Day One when Igor was able to meet on the same day I called (quite a surprise considering the recent tropical storm), communication was forthright and on the level. They contributed excellent suggestions, especially on design and appliance placement. Moving the garbage disposal switch and microwave made so much sense, and discussing cabinet placement was very much appreciated. They provided daily updates, were able to make some minor adjustments, and completed on time. All-in-all, I believe they said what they could do, and did what they said. While I don’t ever want to go through another water “event”, I know who to call if it happens again.

I recently used FAST Restoration for water damage repairs in my home, and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the initial assessment to the final clean up, the team was professional, efficient, and thorough. Project manager, Igor, was a true asset to the team. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. The technicians were also top-notch, arriving on time and working diligently to complete the repairs.The team at FAST Restoration was prompt in responding to my emergency call and arrived at my home within a short time frame. The initial assessment was thorough and the project manager provided a clear and detailed plan for the repairs. The team was respectful of my home and took care to protect my belongings while they worked. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the team left my home clean and tidy upon completion.I appreciated the transparency and honesty of the team, and they provided a fair and reasonable quote for the work. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from FAST Restoration and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services. Five stars!

The only good thing I can say is that they were fast. However, once they arrived and checked the house they recommended way more work and demolition than what was needed. Our bedroom had only two damp spots and they wanted to pull out the entire rooms carpet, pad, and baseboards. They also wanted to pull off an entire wall of sheetrock for damp window trim. All of which they can convienently also charge to rebuild. They also refused to give me any price list or estimate when asked before agreeing to service even though their contractor agreement states they are supposed to show a price list. This should have been a huge red flag but I wanted to get started ASAP. I didn’t want to pursue all the demolition they advised but they kept persisting even after I made it clear multiple times I just wanted drying not demolition. All said and done I finally recieved the bill weeks later and it is overpriced compared to competition.
