Office rep, Kelly, was nice however the other women in the office is rude and inconsiderate. Will, Cletus, and team is personable and professional. They did pretty well with demolition and cleaning up the mess. However, tarping and water mitigation did not go well. Their tarping job allowed for water to continue getting into the house/walls. They also did not closely monitor the moisture levels in the walls while going through the drying out process. When they came to remove their drying equipment, I asked if they were going to check the walls moisture levels and they said “it should be dry by now”. Well, they weren’t dry. They were almost completely saturated still because their tarp job didn’t keep water out. Had to hire a second company to finish mitigating the water and to retarp the roof again. To think, they stole the water mitigation assignment from another company to then do a poor job mitigating the water. It seems this company prefers Quantity over Quality. Lessons learned so I’m grateful to them for that.

Allen and Cletus are a great team! They handled all the flood clean up at my home with great efficiency! I had lots of questions and they were all answered to my satisfaction! They were cognizant of how to carefully handle my furniture and always asked me about placement! They worked straight through from the time they arrived till they left, without stopping! Their clean up process was amazing, vacuuming and all! Humidifier and placement of 15 floor fans was done while ensuring I had a safe, non obstructed pathway throughout the affected areas. I am very satisfied with the process so far! Thank you!

Had some water spreading through the house and they were able to have Allen come out right away. Did a great job getting everything cleaned up. I hope I never have to use the service again but if I did I know Allen and the team have me covered.

I discovered mold in my apartment and immediately freaked out, didn’t know where to begin. I reached out to a few companies and Kelly with Master Restoration had outstanding service and knowledge. Will, Cletus, Kastin, Allen, and Yanni were absolutely fantastic. Super professional, personable, and explained the process of what they were doing each day. Kelly at the office was also awesome and keeping things moving and letting me know each day what time frame the team would be back. If you are looking for just demolition and water mitigation, they are the crew for you! However I cannot say the same about the remodel portion. I’ve had to attempt to contact Sheridan numerous times, with little to no move forward with each phone call. If I did magically hear from him, it was the same story of not hearing back from insurance. It has now been 3 weeks without a kitchen and washing dishes in my bathroom sink, coming to find out that the report for remodel was never sent. Also to find out, Sheridan was putting in for more work to be done than necessary, which estimated for a month longer time frame, from whatever day he planned on starting the project. Needless to say, we are dropping the company for the remodel portion.
