I called Serve Pro last week because my water sensor alerted me to a leak in my laundry / utility room. Marty responded within four hours. Although it was a big disaster for me, Marty made it seem simple. He was mindful and respectful of my possessions and my elderly dog. Disasters aren’t fun, but the right person and attitude makes all the difference. I was really worried, Marty was calm and quickly took the lead. He took the time to look over the area and gave me lots of options for water and mold mitigation / prevention. Luckily since I was able to identify this problem quickly and stop the water leak, the mold issue was minimal. The water damage covered two walls and a floor (which were replaced). Marty took the time to go over things with me on how to make things better for subsequent repairs such as the plumber who was coming in to re-pipe, the tile guy and the drywall repair guy. I feel that the service was top notch and I received compliments from all of the subsequent contractors on how easy it was to come in behind Marty and effect repairs. They may say “Like it never even happened” as a motto, but I feel like it should be “Just relax, we are sending Marty and Serve Pro is on the case”. If I ever have a problem again, Marty and Serve Pro are my first call.

I want to say I ran into a crew of these men late on a Sunday in a store and one was as nice as the next… I have never saw guys obviously working on a Sunday all so happy and helpful, holding doors, allowing others to go first and I swear I was so 😊 …

Drivers with this company logos on their truck and vans drive so dangerously. Have seen them in my neighborhood swerving around cars and speeding around in school zones. Today saw another one speed up in a merge lane to cut off a car trying to get over and almost caused an accident. Would recommend you not using them based off how dangerous their technician cars and vans drive.

Tom arrived at my residence today to provide an estimate. He was professional, explained everything I needed clarity on and took his time to ensure I understand everything the service would detail. Tom was professional, polite, in time and detailed. I would highly recommend.

Immediately contacted Servpro and short time later,Tom was at the door He surveyed the situation,gathered the required information, and set to work .
