The owner Adam was very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He and his employee did a phenomenal job at restoring my mother’s vehicle that was overwhelmed with mold. His rate for the work he did was MORE than fair. I’d recommend Precision Mold Restoration to ANYONE with a mold issue. 5 stars all the way around!

My mom’s condo needed someone to clean out the mold through out her condo and Adam was the one who gave my mom a safe place to go back to. He is honest, responsive to any questions that I had, and professional from the time he gave us the quote to finishing the job. So happy that we found him and will definitely refer him to anyone in need of mold removal.

Adam and his team were fast and efficient and swept through my 3300 square foot business in no time leaving it free of virus, bacteria and everything else the solution treats. I highly recommend Precision Mold! Our bathroom sprung a leak and was infested with black mold. It was awful. In just a couple of days, Adam had the problem under control. He was effective and responsive and very kind, especially to my 5 year old Lab who just loved him. He tested the air quality before and after the restoration. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We recently had a flooding problem at our house . After the water was removed and the house was dry a mold inspection was performed and the results came back with high levels of airborne mold. Adam Welsh owner of Precision Mold Restoration was at the house the next day to start the mediation. Adam explained to me what he was going to do and it would take about a week to finish the mediation. All exposed surfaces in the house including all the nick knacks were cleaned . I found Adam to be very through and professional in addressing the issue and I would highly recommend his services .

The owner of Precision Mold Restoration, Adam Welsh, responded immediately to my request for an estimate, arrived on time, was informative and courteous, explained the proposed work in detail, and quoted me an excellent price. Adam accommodated my need for immediate service (the sale of the Estero FL house depended on his work being completed promptly), and he and the crew conducted themselves professionally. By the way, the mold count dropped well into the “acceptable” level, and the house sold on time! I hope I never have a mold problem again, but if it happens, I know who I will call to do the work for me.

This man is an angel from heaven. Our home was devastated by hurricane Irma. Adam came in and made a very devastating experience one filled with kindness and hope. Our house is completely dry and mold free and I can feel safe raising my three children here now. He is a consummate professional and true expert! You won’t find anyone better ANYWHERE! I know because I had many, many companies come in and none of them came close to offering the comfort, service and fair pricing he did!

My a/c leaked on my floors. What a mess! I called Prescision Mold Restoration. Found them on Home Advisor. They came to my home within an hour and got my cabinets floor and baseboards all dried out before any damage was done!! I was very pleased with the service and the price!
