I highly recommend them! Doug accessed the mold situation and because of his expertise and guidance, the mold remediation was done properly, and my place was safe to return in a timely manner. Excellent customer service and the clean up was impressive Everyone involved was professional and helpful. 5 stars all around!

I have a condo in Boca Raton, but live on Long Island. The unit above ours had a leak in their air conditioning unit, which leaked into our second bedroom. Our house sitter, who checks on my place weekly told me their was some mold on the wall. I called State Farm 2 weeks age and they told me a adjuster would be going out to take a look. I am heading down there in 10 days with my grandkids and now I’m in a panic. I would never allow them sleep in a room with mold on the wall. I called State Farm again yesterday and they told me the adjuster assigned to me is on vacation and wont be back for 2 weeks. I decided to call Servpro in Boca Raton to see if they could help me. I spoke with Kendra who was so polite and helpful! She told me she could have a representative go to my place today and take a look, send me some pictures of the damage, and email me a proposal. Kendra also told me that they could also have the sheetrock replaced, if necessary, by the time I get down there. Doug Carney called me today when he arrived at my place and told me he would call me back soon, after he took a look at the damage. Five minutes later Doug sent me 2 videos and 2 pictures of the area with the mold. Doug then called me to tell me that it’s not bad at all. He said the area with the mold was very small. He then asked if I had any bleach or Lysol in my place. I told him I wasn’t sure and he said he would look and call me back. A few minutes later he send me a before and after picture. Doug found some bleach and cleaned the mold off the wall! What a relief for me. He said it safe for my grandkids to sleep in that room now. I am so impressed with Doug’s professionalism, courtesy and honesty! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you Servpro!

I would like to say that Jose and his crew at Servpro did a fantastic job from start to finish it was a pleasure having them in my house and I would always recommend them for any jobs you could rest you could rest assured that they do everything in a professional manner and make certain that you’re comfortable with them in your house

I have a major complaint about Serv Pro and the owner, Mr Ruderman. ServPro was called to the home of my legally Blind, 83 year old sister to remedy an overflowing toilet. The workers came to the house on a Friday. They did not mop up the excess water. They simply moved furniture, installed fans and left. The fans tripped the circuit breakers. When I called them on Saturday to come and get the fans out, they showed up on Monday evening around 5:00 PM. They did not move anything back to its original location. They removed the fans and left. I was later sued for $3,300. That fee came out of my insurance settlement which didnt even cover the damages. . I paid the amount begrudgingly, but was also sued by Rudermans attorney for $6,000 legal fees, which she doesnt have. She lives on Social Security. Consumer Beware!!! Shame on Mr Ruderman and Serv Pro.
