Jake and his team were great! He came Out immediately to assess the damage, dealt directly with the insurance company and adjuster. His employees were friendly, prompt and did an awesome job. I highly recommend this company.

Due to a septic tank clog, our cellar had septic water damage. We called Service Master Restore and within fifteen minutes Jake Philibert was at our door. Although, it wasn’t the worst thing that could happen, it was an upsetting situation. Jake made everything as painless as possible. He took us step by step as to what he and his crew would do to sanitize the floor and he also worked with our insurance company so that we did not have to worry about that. The next day Jake and his crew began their work. I can’t express enough how professional, courteous, efficient and thoughtful Jake has been. To have someone almost immediately respond to your call when you need help with a problem is such a relief. My husband and I highly recommend Jake and Service Master Restore to anyone who finds themselves in a homeowners dilemma.

I had water damage in my basement. Andrew and his team quickly came out to get to work removing everything and prepping for new sheetrock. Cleanup was impeccable as there was no debris left behind and more importantly Andrew had communication with me all throughout my process. Top notch service.

These are real pros. We had a leak in our basement ceiling that caused some drywall and flooring damage. I have never experienced an event like this before so it was really nice to have a crew come in and competently explain the whole process and take care of everything! Would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Our water line to our fridge broke and caused water damage in our finished basement below. Jake and his crew were here within 2 hours to assess the damage and start the clean up process. The demo crew came out the next day and they left the area cleaner than it ever was. Extremely thankful for Servicemaster for not only their exemplary work but their knowledge, professionalism and care.
