Manny was a pleasure to have in my home. He ensured everything was done with extreme care and explanation and cleanliness. His work was professional and he was friendly also. Update…unfortunately leak was ongoing and more remediation was needed. Again, Manny took care of everything with extreme care and as little upset.

PuroClean is a polite, professional, efficient and very communicative organization. They are a preferred vendor in our portfolio based on their experience, knowledge and feedback from Unit Owners. Their team makes themselves available to respond in a timely manner for emergency mitigation & restoration services from a loss that cause damage to your house or condominium unit. I would consider them to be your team experts in the event of any size loss, due to any property damage from water, fire, etc.

From my first phone call through project end, EVERYONE at Puro Clean was friendly, willing to help right away, on time, super organized/ professional and Extremely respectful of my home. Drasko was an outstanding project manager with superb knowledge and communication skills, Manny was on site for demo/repairs and slso was exceptional in all ways. Had water damage at 11 pm due to upstairs neighbor overflowing a Jacuzzi. Overnight our property manager contacted Puroclean and they showed up at 10 am. They assessed the water damage, removed part of the wallboard and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They checked back for the next few days and removed the equipment after everything was dry. They were efficient, friendly and extremely neat. I highly recommend them
