We could not be more thankful for Josh and this amazing company! We woke up to a flooded basement that started at our main level kitchen faucet (that failed). Josh was so prompt to respond to the situation and got all his water mitigation equipment set up immediately. He also answered all our questions moving forward in the process and gave us amazing guidance. We are so thankful and grateful for the amazing service Emergency Service Pros provided!

I called about a water leak. Josh listened attentively and came out the same day. Once the leak was fixed Josh offered to come back a second time to make sure everything looked good. We felt like he was genuinely concerned and committed to helping us with our issue. We will definitely call ESP with any future issues.

Josh & his company provided excellent service and was at our home quickly to help resolve the problem. Not only helped with the physical problems but also took extra steps to document moisture measurements and photographs of damage and mold to make our insurance process that much easier. Spoke with Josh about water leak at Grandma’s house in Greeley (we’re in OK). He was informative, professional, and gave good counsel, including offering to assess the damage and advise whether insurance deductible would be exceeded. Customer-oriented. As a Realtor, it is extremely hard sometimes to find reliable and efficient company’s to preform repairs/ clean up/ or mitigation! Emergency Service Pro’s was a God send!
