There was a water event that was substantial and very expensive to manage. We had some insurance issues and ended up being past the payment deadline. Carrie in the office was very communicative and responsive during this situation. She was able to help us navigate our challenges. Tyson Hancock and Jacob were hands down the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. They took a terrible situation and made my house look better than new. All of their subs were respectful and really worked their butts off. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I highly recommend Restoration One and I will use them again if the need arises.

BEWARE. I called and got fast response. They say they work for you. NO…. Over charge. .management issues..OWNER would never speak to me..I have missing content items and broken antique porcelain…..I still have open insurance claim and they put a LIEN on my HOME. NO ONE NEEDS THIS
