Turning Point Remodeling a month agoWe hired Kevin and his team (Turning Point Remodeling) to do a major renovation of our house, and we are thrilled with the results. They were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the process. As you can see from the pictures, there is an amazing amount of detail, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. They took time and care to make sure we felt comfortable with them in our house and always kept in touch with us, updating us on the progress, answering our questions, and addressing any issues that arose. We will 100% use Kevin and his team again for the next project at our house and will continue to refer Kevin to our friends and family. Thank you Kevin!! We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to our home project.

Universal Solutions CO a week agoJeff and the team at Universal solutions just completed my roof as well as several other exterior repairs from the June 2023 hailstorm. This included a complete new roof, replacing two broken windows, repainting a damaged gazebo, replacing damaged screens, and Ring exterior paint damage. All of the work was completed very neatly and done with care. I would definitely recommend them.

TSV Construction and Roofing Highlands Ranch | Lone Tree 4 months agoYesterday upon arriving home, we noticed a tile had slipped down about 10″ on our cement tile roof. I didn’t have a ladder large enough to access the roof, nor did I feel comfortable navigating around on the cement tiles…AND a monster storm was set to hit Colorado in 48hours. I called TSV and was able to speak with Brady. His crews were all tied up, but in a matter of hours he came out to fix what ended up being several cracked tiles. THIS is the type of customer service that stands out. I will certainly be calling Brady and TSV for any and all future roofing needs!!

Michaels and Marc Restoration a year agoThe soliciting of Pinery residents with Michaels&Marc flyers hardly attached on or around our mailboxes looks disgraceful. If the workmanship and service of this company mimics the litter the soliciting has caused, I’m not impressed!! For the past several days, I’ve picked up at least a dozen of the flyers that fell/blew off from mailboxes & posts in our neighborhood. I’m expecting the next heavy wind to litter even more of the flyers as residences do not seem interested in looking at the flyers, much less cleaning up after others. Please stop littering our neighborhood!!

Key Roofing & Exteriors a month agoAmazing company to work with! They did an outstanding job on walking me through the process, dealing with the insurance, and installing the roof and gutters. This was by far the best experience I’ve had when it came to home repairs. I highly recommend Key Roofing!

Homey Roofing and Restoration 2 months agoWe hired Michaels & Marc Restoration as our “Contractor” and they did a wonderful job of replacing our roof due to hail! We were so lucky to have found their company on the internet and our initial meeting was scheduled very quickly with their agent, Allie Whitworth. She was very professional and provided a ton of experience and quality services. A few things stood out for us! 1. Getting our quote was fast and easy and, Allie provided us a professional proposal with several options while talking us through them. 2. The lowest price option was still a high-quality product. We were not looking for the cheapest – We were looking for best value and quality product. Allie listened to our requests and took time to answer all of our questions. 3. There was a considerable disagreement regarding the amount of loss calculated on our claim. We found that our insurance company was only going to pay for a portion of our roof. As our Contractor, Allie took the lead again to submit an “Appraisal Demand Letter with our insurance agent. By invoking the appraisal clause with our policy contract, Allie and her team were able to approve our entire roof for replacement. 4. Installation started as scheduled and planned. They kept us informed every step of the way, when to expect materials, and when the crew was planning to show up. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. We noticed our neighbors were also having roofs replaced, all different contractors and, we noticed the difference in “workmanship, cleanup, etc.” We never had any problems of trash, nails materials left in our driveway! 5. Once the city of Parker completed their inspection, about a week later we received notice that we passed which we were not surprised due to all the professional work Allie and her team did. After the final inspection payment was very flexible with a credit card or check. 6. We hope that we don’t have to go through this for a long time as our high-quality product was Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Level 4 shingles which means as a homeowner of a single family detached home, lifetime coverage means that our warranty is in effect for manufacturing defects as long as we own our home. For any and all roofing projects we will most definitely do business with Allie Whitworth and Michaels & Marc Restoration again!

Better Construction Roofing a year agoFrancisco quickly responded to our immediate need to assess a roof after we were hit with a tornado. He showed the following morning and took photos of our roof, determining that our tiles didn’t need any immediate fixing. Appreciate the peace of mind and that he didn’t force unnecessary work on us. We’ll be calling Francisco back if we do have future roofing needs!
