These guys they send out for restoration might get the job done but its going to be a few days before anything gets accomplished..the guys they send out seem lost and space a lot of details.

Professional, timely, honor their initial estimate, capable of self management, complete work as promised and on time, keep clients up-to-date, and followup to ensure satisfaction with the work. Prices are exactly as promised and there is no request for more money as the project moves on. That’s just a portion of what impressed me about WDR, particularly Derek Shoen. I was referred to WDR construction for substantial construction and restoration/ rebuild work on a property. I met with Wayne, the team leader/ team manager, and was immediately informed of the issues I am facing in extreme details. Wayne assigned Derek Shoen to the project and made him my point of contact. Derek gave me a very precise and detailed estimate very early on. We worked together for several months, and he stuck to it. He kept me up-to-date without any requirement from me to follow-up; he kept himself and his team on task. When the work was completed, Derek showed up personally and volunteered his weekend time to fix minor things that I hadn’t noticed or brought to his attention previously. He was professional, kind, respectful, and always made me feel comfortable and informed. When I sold the property, the buyers were in awe of the work. Having worked with tens of contractors and companies over the past twenty years, I have never had an experience as positive as the one with Derek and the team at WDR.

Currently have these guys replacing the walkways at my apartment complex. I understand the need for the work to be completed and that the crew doesn’t want people around the work site, but the way this company has handled working in a residential area with families and children has been rude and unprofessional. The main issue with the company is that they demand that residents do not enter or leave their apartments from the hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm, a whole 10 hours out of the day, for the next 3 weeks, that many elderly and families are confined in or denied access to homes they have paid to reside in. To make things worse, the foremen involved doesn’t even care about how much they are putting people out and take a belligerent stance towards people either leaving for or coming home from work during these hours. I plan to contact Denver public saftey to make sure that barricading people in their homes is safe and legal and to ask them to inspect the work site to make sure that the situation calls for these kind of actions. Even if DPS agrees with your company’s actions, I feel like a little understanding, that people have lives and jobs and that your pressance is inconvenient and unwelcome, would be nice.
