WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! We had BOR of Highlands Ranch come out to do clean up after our water heater had a leak. They destroyed our vinyl plank flooring, bathroom backsplash and ripped the door trim out in chunks. Everything was trashed except the three pieces of backsplash. They reinstalled the flooring in the bathroom but it sounds like we have sand under the flooring. They never replaced the broken backsplash. They also did not find matching trim to finish the 5 doors without trim now. I ended up finding trim and doing it myself. I was able to mount the three chunks of backsplash above the counter myself but it doesn’t look right. When reinstalling the carpet, they used thinner padding and left obvious seams in the carpet. I was working with Kyle the owner. He kept telling me he could not find trim or the granite backsplash so he ended up blowing me off after about one year. Although I paid him promptly with the insurance money I received. Our newly finished basement looks horrible. Our friends and family mention how nice it used to be until they ripped everything apart. The only part of the service I might recommend is the clean up of the water. Other than that I would never use their service.

There are a few hidden gems out there and I think Derrik is one of them. Really steady guy. You might be going through chaos but he just shows up and handles things. Awesome to work with and most important reliable. Hopefully you don’t need a restoration place but if you do these guys would be the ones to go with.

I got good advice as to how to best handle the water damage. I got immediate service. And I got great customer service. It took a few days to get the place dry but the staff was here everyday to check on things. They did, what I consider, minimal damage to walls, carpets, and flooring in their efforts to dry things out and I very much appreciated that. All and all this Best Option Restoration service was as good as it gets. Highly recommend.

Such a great and trustworthy company. If they say they will be there to do a task, they are on it ASAP! Such great work cleaning up the water!!! You will not regret using B.O.R. Of Baldwin County!!!!

Zac Smith and his team have the most diligent honest approach to determining problems and spent the time researching other areas which may be contributing or sources for damage. From scheduling, to estimation, and all the way through coordinating with the secondary company to fix my dry wall, I was very impressed with Best Option Restoration. All the team members were personable, respectful, and kind. Everything was explained to me clearly, and I found the pricing to be transparent and reasonable. No one wants to find a bunch of mold from shotty work done by former contractors, but I’m relieved I was able to find a great local company to get us out of the mess we were in. I hope I don’t need their help again, but if I do, I know they’ll be there for me.

After 19 years of cigarette nicotine & tar build up, I needed a remediation performed on the ceiling of my garage. I was in a rush as we were preparing to put our home on the market. John & his team were out within a couple of days to the rescue! These guys were relentless in their efforts and did an amazing job! John and his crew were amazing to work with! They came the same day of our incident, gave great guidance so we could get the process of an insurance claim started and when coming back the next day to start work, agreed to wait till the next day to help my daughter and grandson have time to get moved out of the space before he started his work. All who came over the 6 day period were very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
