Call these folks before you decide to go with one of the larger vendors. One of the larger vendors (won’t name names) was about to overcharge us for the wrong kind of work. We happened to call Larry to get a second opinion, and they came in, did the right work, did it well, did it quickly, and did it for a fair price. Would 10/10 recommend.

Rapid Dry did a fantastic job helping us out with our carpeted basement after we discovered our AC had been slowly leaking and saturating the carpet. They came the same day, their estimate was spot on, and they were proactive with scheduling follow-up services to lay down new carpet pad and re-tack our existing carpet. Would absolutely recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I called to see if I could get help in drying my floor after a hose from my washing machine detached. Rapid Dry quickly responded. They quickly set up the commercial fans and monitored closely. Anytime that I had questions, they were great at explaining in detail.
