James and his team were a delight to work with from the first phone call. We had a radiant heat leak and 2 team members came over the very next day to assess and provide an estimate. Cannot say enough about the caliber, friendliness and thorough communicative-ness of James and his team members. Recently, some water flooded into my basement and I was at a loss for what to do. I called Care Restoration and they were extremely helpful, sending out Logan first thing the next day. He did a great job of helping identify and mitigate the issue, explaining what may need to be done, and what my options were.
