We can’t say enough good things about the guys at True north! Zack and Ryan worked very hard cleaning out our crawl space and attic of some questionable staining and potential growth. They pulled all of our old insulation in both spaces and treated the areas as needed. In an A-frame house on a pier foundation is no small feat! Dan (owner) and Brittney (owner) all came out to either help, deliver necessary materials and even just to check in. Dan even spent time discussing ventilation with me to help mitigate any future issues. It is rare to work with a company with such a personal touch and such integrity. They are good, kind, hard working people with the tools and knowledge to resolve any issues you may have. Go true north!

Crawlspace encapsulation: Dan at True North Restoration did a fantastic job with our crawlspace (450sqft) encapsulation in our 1970s Colorado Springs tri-level home. Dan went above & beyond to provide options for our encapsulation experience. He provided us with a fair & competitive quote, went out of his way to acquire higher quality materials, and delivered ahead of time! After lots of research, I found that roughly 60% of the air inside your home originates from the crawlspace due to the “stack effect.” Yuck (see before pic)! Since our crawlspace transformation (see after pic), the air quality of our home is noticeably fresher! I can’t believe I went all these years with that creepy crawlspace impacting our quality of life. I am incredibly grateful for Dan & his expertise!!! What can I say about True North Restoration? 100% recommend! 5 star! Fair pricing! Reliable & Trustworthy! Attention to detail! Friendly & professional!

We cannot recommend True North Water Restoration highly enough! bbbLast May, we were confronted with the daunting challenge of a flooded basement, a situation that felt overwhelming to say the least. From the moment True North stepped in, it was clear we were in capable hands. Their team not only displayed utmost professionalism, but also a genuine commitment to solving our problem. The first time we met Dan, we had reached out to True North because our prior water mitigation company had failed to complete the job properly. Dan came to assess the situation, and we immediately felt comfortable with him. He was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us lots of useful information regarding the flooding in our basement. Thanks to Dan and the True North team, not only was the water mitigation taken care of, all three times that we had flooding, but they also made sure this would not happen again. Dan gave us options and answered our many questions, making sure we had all the information we needed before moving forward. During the frustrating couple of months when the flooding was taking place, Dan, Ryan, and Ray were so helpful and attentive. One of the times, Ryan even came out later in the evening and was here until past midnight extracting water from our basement. Ray came out on a holiday weekend to check on the equipment. Dan spent countless hours here working, even during a holiday weekend! Their attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile were so much appreciated! My husband and I are blind, and both Dan and Ryan went above and beyond in so many little and not so little ways. One small example was when Ryan went down one more time just to make sure there were no dog toys in the basement, totally beyond the scope of his job. Dan took the time to show us so many things to make sure we understood the process, even walking around in our crawl space with us to show us what he was doing. The rebuild team also spent many hours working hard to insure the space was usable again. We are ever so grateful to Dan and the entire True North team for making a stressful situation so much more manageable, and for being the kind of people we can trust to do quality work. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed and at ease every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that combines such high-quality workmanship with genuine customer care. We would wholeheartedly recommend True North for any water mitigation/restoration services. They do excellent work and clearly take pride in doing it well.

Had a property with a clog in the main drain. Sewer water came back up, never had to deal with this before. Within 12 hours of contacting them I was talking to Dan about the daunting process moving forward. Dan made it simple, well detailed and made myself and my tenants feel more at ease with how the demo and water restoration process. Zach and Ryan were the main techs that were at the property working hard to ensure all the damaged items were removed safely. I would highly recommend them to anyone but hopefully you don’t need them because that’s means you’ll be in a similar situation which is not ideal.

Everyone at True North was wonderful in every way. They did a great job on our mold mitigation, and are honest, respectful, efficient, and competent. I highly recommend them for any restoration project, and would definitely use them again.

Outstanding response and service. Zack was on site vacuuming water out of the flooded basement within four hours of my call. Stayed until 10 pm to eliminate all standing water and immediately set up fans and dehumidifiers. Came back daily to check progress and always arrived on time so I never had to wait on him. Always let me know of progress and status. Wish all contractors were as dependable as Zack. Extremely impressed; highly recommend True North.

I met Dan the new owner just in time to flood my Mom’s basement on accident in her new how she just bought in Colorado Springs. Zack and his wife work for Dan and they came out immediately to assess the damage, and start getting some of the water out of her basement. Zack did a great job of explaining what they were doing and he was efficient too. In my time of need True North showed up for me, and I truly appreciate you guys! Make sure to you choose a company you can trust like these guys!
