I just attended my first CE class with Restoration 1. Lots of information and hands on experience from Marshall! Their staff is very friendly and welcoming. Michelle and Cory are a delight to work with! I would recommend Restoration 1 just based off the service and knowledge I received today!

Martial is an amazing guy who really presents the ins and outs of client emergencies so an insurance broker like myself can really get on their level and understand what they are going through. He will walk clients through the whole process and help them with insurance claims to make the process as stress free as possible! This is an excellent team of professionals who are cost effective, efficient and move fast! 100% recommended!

When something like water damage happens, it’s a complete shocker and very overwhelming. I’m very thankful Antonio, Jesus and the team responded quickly, got things under control and walked me through the entire process getting me on my way to renovation. Definitely recommend!

The contents team of Restoration1 Castle Rock – Matthew and Derek – were on time, courteous, thorough and efficient. They communicated clearly with me throughout the process of assessing and managing all of the contents in my flooded basement. They quickly removed non-salvageable items and took special care with all the small items which included a good deal of my family’s photos and mementos dear to us. All that was not damaged was left well organized in marked boxes they placed where they are accessible yet out of the way of the remaining demo and repair work.
