Rob and his team quite literally got us back into our house after a fire. We had been in a year-long tangled situation with our insurance company after another restoration company acted shady and took advantage of us. We reached out to Rob and he came to the rescue within a day. He got us an incredibly fair quote, took on our horrible insurance company to compare numbers, and got us scheduled for demo asap. His team did an amazing job. They were professional, kind, helpful, clean, and very available for questions along the way. Rob even called me while he was on vacation to sort out an aspect of the work. We are so so thankful that we found Regal Restoration and would absolutely recommend their services.

I called Regal Restoration when my pipes flooded and came through the ceiling into my kitchen and family room. I was and delighted when they were able to be to my house within 30 minutes. It was the end of the day, and they said they would be able to make it. They went right to work and had everything set up. They put protection on my hardwood floors and carpeting. They sealed off the kitchen area in order for it to dry more quickly and not spread any more damage. They arranged for testing for mold and asbestos . They even came out on the weekend to check on how things were going. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. I was very impressed with all of the knowledge they had and how they got it done so quickly. Rob was great to work with. Thank you.

Super appreciative that Regal Restoration & Richey were able to get out for a visit when we called for a mold issue. Professional & prompt company that gave a quick estimate. We will definitely reach out to them in the future with any issues if needed & recommend to anyone dealing with a mold issue.

I hope you never need their services, because if you do, something bad has happened. But if and when that bad thing happens, these are the folks to call! They came out super fast on an emergency evening call to deal with a plumbing issue that caused it to rain in my living room, and immediately made us feel like we were in good hands. They were so caring and knowledgeable and immediately got equipment in place to get our house dried out as quickly as possible. It’s great to see a business take pride in what they do, and their fantastic customer service shows it. I’m a “fan”!

They are truly THE BEST!! They make you feel like you are taken care of at a really bad time!! Their communication is amazing and they truly just want to be there for you in your time of need!! They are very accessible as well!! They have very respectful crews and will make sure all your questions are answered plus they will make sure you are taken care of after they are done!!Rob and Cade are amazing!! They came out in the middle of the night when my basement flooded and they made a sleepless night comforting!!
