Ryan Sumner truly walked me through every single step of submitting an insurance claim, took the time to help me understand estimates, and has made it possible for me to get an entirely brand new kitchen through an insurance claim for a pipe freeze/burst. When Allstate was unwilling to approve the initial estimate, Ryan found a way to get an estimate Allstate would approve that would cover the cost needed to get me a new kitchen. Dilapidated, run down, 1982 cabinetry, linoleum counter tops etc…this single mom who is barely making ends meet, works 2 jobs, and is a full time nursing student, has a brand new kitchen. When you have a structural emergency (fire, flood, mold) in your home or business, Ryan Sumner and Company will save the day. Having multiple plumbing failures is a horrible experience, but the team at Restore Co. has been thoughtful in taking my family through the mitigation and rebuild process with care. They are always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide support when working through our insurance company. I am thankful for their support during a difficult situation.

This company took care of me. They were quick to respond to get to my house to help with my water damage. As soon as they got in there, they were respectful of my things and immediately got to work and explain to me what they were going to do. They were very flexible with my schedule. The communication was fantastic as well. The team of people were kind and were fantastic or talk to. The quality of work is great! They took care of all my needs.

I hire this company. Did a google search and came up. Looked like a good company, but employees are disrespectful and not professional. Specially a guy with the name of Dylan riddle. Be careful who you let inside your home people.

I am a local general contractor and I have used RestoreCo on multiple occasions. Asbestos, mold, fire, water.. anything we need they have been on the job and test results within 24 hours. I’ve been licensed as a GC in Denver since 2004 and I can say with 100% certainty if your a homeowner or a contractor, your getting the most competent Company in the industry. Ryan is more knowledgeable in the insurance industry than most adjusters, Senior adjusters, inspectors and public adjusters. Solid Administrative and Field Staff. I will use RestoreCo for every job in relation to testing, remediation and guidance on procedures.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dillon and Ryan with RestoreCO when we experienced a toilet wax ring malfunction and subsequent flooding to our homes main and basement floors. Aside from the fact that they wasted no time adding us to their already busy schedule with recent CO wild fires, they were exceedingly polite, incredibly knowledgeable, not to mention kind and empathic with this teary home owner overwhelmed by the potential cost of remediation, demo and build back. They have been super helpful to us navigating home insurance. We would recommend this company a thousand times over!
