Overall property doctors has been one of the worst companies that I’ve ever had to interact with, the last year working with them has been atrocious to say the least. I don’t know where to begin the list is so long. From Malcom (GC) unlocking my door and walking into my house unannounced, no knock while I was sleeping, the absolutely lowest quality work from a company, the inability to communicate or get simple tasks done. The slander of me and my name caught on my ring camera in my own house. The damage of my house while trying to “fix” the original issues, the front office has literally no idea what’s going on. Candace the office manager just refuses to answer emails or phone calls and passes off duties to coworkers who again have no idea what’s going on. Do whatever you can to avoid this company unless you want a years worth of stress.

Owner doesn’t know how to speak to employees constantly yelling and belittling employees. The whole culture is toxic and the employees are mostly incompetent
