I just have to say…the BRAVO team is awesome. They are so incredibly organized, communicative, professional and just plain great to work with. We were in an incredibly stressful situation. Genuinely could not say anything more than positives! Jose and Gerardo were tasked to assess an area of water damage and were super helpful along the way. They were great at communicating and overall, very personable! Aside from that, they were super respectful of the property. I was worried because I have a puppy who loves people and gets super excited (something not a lot of people enjoy). Meaning, she loves to jump and give lots of kisses. Jose and Gerardo handled her great, knew how to work despite having her there and were always doing their best. Overall, they were great at getting at accessing the water damage, were very neat with their work, and super sweet! Kuddos to Jose and Gerardo! Thank you both! Also, kuddos to their receptionist who provided great updates and was always keeping me in the loop. Their team overall was great!

I had a spigot fail on Mother’s day while we were gone all day. I called first thing Monday. Jose and his brother Gerardo showed up at 1 in the after noon and started the mitigation process. They constructed a work area to keep the rest of the house clean and proceeded to demo the ruined sheet rock. They stayed until 9:30 at night to make sure everything was done correctly and clean. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and care they took for the rest of my home. Thank you Jose and Gerardo! Great work!

Bravo Restoration recently cleaned up water damage, dry rot and mildew from a bathroom leak. The service was 5-star from start to finish. The project coordinator, Janisha, and each person I interacted with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always had time to answer all my questions — excellent communication! José and his team were remarkably careful and thorough, and at the end of each day left the site safe and clean. In every respect, Bravo’s high standards and service were unassailable.

When we discovered a leak in our barbershop caused by a water issue from our neighboring business, Bravo Restoration & Construction came to our rescue. Their team, including Gaby and Junior, was incredibly prompt and professional from the start. They communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and at ease. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently, allowing us to get back to our business with minimal disruption. BRC is amazing! I referred a friend who found water in the wall of her house. BRC promptly responded, located a small leak on the roof, and gave her contact info for a local roofing company for repairs. After BRC will repair the walls inside the house. BRC is a full-service company with awesome customer service!
