We called around to a lot of different companies and got told “we don’t do that”. We had just about given up when we found 3 companies that said they could do what we were looking for. Each company came out and provided us with an estimate but American Response Team was by far the most professional and the most responsive to questions while we were trying to decide. They provided us with a very clear estimate of the work and the prices were broken down so you knew exactly what you were paying for. They were able to start the work within a few days and finished it within the estimated timeframe. While they were at our home they were all very polite and at the end of the day did a great job of leaving the area clean. We did have some equipment left at our home for a few days to help dry stuff out and when we alerted them to a possible issue they responded and took care of it right away. Would recommend them to anyone that needed their type of services.

America Response, as its name “Response” . It responds fast with good service. Felipe was in charge of water damage work in our house. He is a hard worker and very responsible. Whenever I had questions, calling him or texting him, he always responded and got a best way to help. We really appreciate! I strongly recommend to use this company when you need.

Manny was in charge of the crew responsible for our demo and clean up. What an amazing job he did. He explained the entire process clearly and was available for any and all questions. His communication was top notch. And, dealing with what is a really stressful situation, he managed to assure me and calm my nerves. Thank you Manny! I hope we never have to deal with this again but if we do, I know who to call.

I was placed in the unfortunate situation of my water heater leaking under my floors and cabinets. My insurance company let me choose my own company for water mitigation/repairs and I chose American Response Team, due to their great reviews, and they absolutely delivered. Felipe has been nothing but amazing during the process and was able to schedule same-day to come do an evaluation of the situation. He was educating me on the whole process (start to finish) and answering any questions I had. Everyone on the team has done what was needed and did it right, which is the most important part. I’ve never had to deal with this situation before, but I would recommend American Response Team to anyone who has an unfortunate situation like mine. They are quite thorough and kind. This kind of fix will never be done overnight and it takes time. But it is done correctly and professionally. These guys are great. Thank you all!
