When my gym experienced mold damage, I called SERVPRO to tackle the issue. Their prompt communication and highly capable team made the process seamless. Jose and Tony were extremely kind and knowledgeable, they not only completed the remediation of my gym but also explained the steps along the way. The claims manager was extremely helpful and prompt in her communication as well. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO to others.

During one of the most stressful times SERVPRO of Moorpark stepped in and saved the day. They made the process of insurance approval for my water damage easy by communicating directly with my insurance adjuster. Every step was explained in detail by the office staff (Lena). I never had to worry about being blind sided by information. The field technicians were very professional. SERVPRO definitely showed that they value their customers and work hard to ensure their quality of work rises above the competition. I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone!

Junior and Tony were very helpful coming out today. Gave us a call in advance to make sure we were ready for them, giving us plenty of time to get ready before their arrival. Did a quick job removing the damaged flooring in our kitchen, leaving no mess. Will use again in the future if necessary.

Great response time to our emergency and excellent service. All staff was very communicative with their process. Rachel really helped explain the process to us. Worked quickly with our insurance and were eager and flexible with schedule. Adhered to all code regulations for performing work (asbestos/mold testing, etc.). I hope to never use them again but would if I had another problem.

After being away from the house for over 3 weeks, we came home to a flooded front room. Wasn’t the homecoming we expected but Servpro made the process much easier. Our insurance adjustor originally hired a different restoration cleaning company, however once dealing with them, we quickly realized the job was too big for them and we hired Servpro. Thanks to Stephanie and Jose who explained everything so well and kept us updated the entire time

I had a water pipe burst in my kitchen; it was such a mess! I reached out to Servpro to help me clean and repair the damage. Nancy, was very knowledgeable and walked me through their entire process from beginning to end. I had no idea where to even begin and Nancy took ownership of the project and made me feel comfortable! It’s no lie when they state “Like it never happened” I don’t see a trace of the incident! It was awful coming home to water everywhere and we are so incredibly grateful that they were able to handle everything so quickly.
