When I was overseas, I got a call from my neighbor James at Ocean Point, San Diego, that a large pipe in the building of 50 condos + had burst as a conduit to our fire sprinkler system. Right away I was put in Touch with RX Restoration… a gift from heaven! Ryan checked out my unit, got asbestos guys and air quality people in, demoed where it was wet, drywalled it with installation, replaced the lights and painted it, replacing the molding/trim. They (Sergio’s team) cleaned up after themselves, and were polite, helpful and courteous. Kevin Rookey from Restoration RX stopped in regularly and was easy to talk with and candid. He was in touch with the HOA adjustor to intelligently ballpark what the bill was going to be. I did put down a sizable deposit right sway which launched me to front of the line. Kevin gave me confidence that my restoration expenses would be reimbursed as he was in touch with the adjustor who was busy trying to assess all the damage throughout the building

Kevin, Sergio, Ryan, and the rest of the team from Restoration RX made the unpleasant aftermath of water damage to our condo a true joy! From the very start, they’ve been present on-site, juggling many different condo units in our complex, in various stages of damage. They’ve been a reassuring presence thoughout the process. They are: professional, organized, honest, reliable, friendly, patient and always on top of even the smallest detail. They put our condo back together as if nothing happened! And for a reasonable and fair price. They were careful, and finished the job days ahead of schedule! I could not have asked for a better team! Thanks guys!

Ryan, Sergio and the rest of the Restoration Rx crew did a great job in my kitchen! They worked expeditiously, and the end product looks great! The pictures show how Ryan and Kaden carefully sealed the area before beginning the work. I was impressed!

Ryan always does a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. He is careful of my furniture and is polite and efficient. My carpet always comes out looking like new, and the price is very reasonable. He has cleaned my carpets every since he started work, I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

I wanted to thank Ryan and Luis for the great job getting the interior repairs done for me this week. Thanks Ryan for fitting me in so quickly after the exterior roof repair was completed. I appreciate that Luis’s repair was excellent and he moved the curtains, desk and rug and put everything back perfectly. Well done and I highly recommend!

Our condo had a pretty severe slab leak with extensive damage. Sergio specifically and his team were amazing in working with us, and getting the picky details done. He has a real eye for detail and was very accommodating which meant a lot. He helped us get our condo looking better than it did before. Huge thank you to Sergio!

Restoration Rx was incredible after we had a slab leak that wrecked our entire condo the Friday before Christmas! They had someone on site within an hour.
