Bill and his team, Izzy and David did a great job of cleaning , treating and drying after a kitchen water leak. David managed the final day of remediation by himself. He arrived on time, communicated exactly what he would be doing and was very neat , protecting our carpet/walls. They know what they are doing!

Ramm Restoration was wonderful. Had a water leak in the kitchen. Bill and his team were quick to respond, assess the issue, conduct demo, work with the insurance adjuster, and conduct the rebuild. Bill was responsive and courteous. All subcontractors were easy to work with, and they provided quality work to restore our home. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I am a realtor, and my client is in escrow. During inspection we discovered there may be so moisture in the walls so I wanted to ensure that we address it before closing. I found RAMM Restoration and got in contact with Rob. We have a quick closing and I needed to get an estimate fast, and Rob was so kind and flexible that he met with me at 6:30am to take a look at the home! I had such a great experience and will definitely use this company in the future for my clients. I appreciate the flexibility and thoughtfulness around my client and myself’s preferences to get an estimate within the same day and as soon as possible. Along with that, I really appreciate when companies look throughly to make sure they inspected everything they need so they can ensure nothing unexpected will come up when they are doing repairs. Frank and frank Jr are the only positive experiences I had with this company. The owner is all about his money and that’s it which is fine it’s a business but I wouldn’t have signed with them had I known thing were going to go south when I wanted to do something that wasn’t going to profit them as much. Definitely felt taken advantage of with what they charged me because they knew it was an insurance claim.
