I have had the pleasure of working with Antony Miller on a couple of projects. The first was due to a leak and we had always wanted to renovate our kitchen. Being that it now had to be gutted, now was the time to do it. We’ve seen Antony’s work on television and was utterly inspired by his creativity and design skills. Antony came to our home and with little input from us, he designed our entire kitchen. He hit every detail and gave us advice on every choice up for selection. From the solid surfaces, the lighting, the hidden pantry and down to the floating ceiling feature, he thought of every detail. Once it was done he started pointing out the fine details and little surprises he installed. Our project was far beyond what we could even imagine! The ceiling detail, he matched our french oak floors and used the same material on the underside. It was like it always was there in our house and not an afterthought. He stayed on budget and finished early even with a couple of changes. It was nothing shy of a dream makeover. I just finished firing this company. They did promptly come out to assess the damage and that was where the promptness ended. Every time they said they would do something, be it call me back, get drying machines to us, or tarp our roof, we wouldn’t hear from them. Connecting with them took countless phone calls to dispatch for every step, and they dragged their feet every step of the way. Based on some comments from the field agent, I also suspect fraudulent billing practices. 0/10. Comically unprofessional.

Highly highly recommend them!! Same Day Restoration really lives up to it’s stellar reputation on all fronts! I am really lucky to have found them for my flood mitigation and restoration needs! Casey Elliott is the manager that I have been working with, and oh boy what a pleasure to work with him!! He not only was highly professional and transparent, but also has gone the extra mile to guide and educate me in every single step of the process! This has really helped me especially since my insurance company has given me such a tough time since day 1. He was able to navigate me through the claims process successfully by getting it approved in a timely fashion and with the right estimate to get the job done while my insurance company was cutting all the corners to save every penny! They use the same estimating software as all the insurance companies which makes the process quick and easy as it’s the only language insurance company speaks. A huge shout out to Casey Elliott!!! Overall, they really deserve a 10 star rating and I am not exaggerating!!

We had a leak in our master bathroom that went through the walls to the lower level kitchen and dining room. The clean up and dry crew did a great job. From the start we had issues with communication and follow through with Same Day. They often did not respond or show up when they said they would. The work often had to be redone many times, especially replacing and fixing the kitchen cabinets. I finished several of the projects myself due to the slow response of the company. There are still outstanding issues that were not resolved. Our home was NOT put back in a similar / equal state. There was a lack of professionalism when we made a complaint about work not being done, or being done incorrectly. They did not use professional plumber for plumbing jobs, not did they use professional cabinetry people for the cabinet replacement. The amount of times they had to come back was ridiculous. We were also never given a straight answer on costs. That said, the granite installers and the tile installers were top rate.
