The most unprofessional, shady company, and workers. The workers that come to your home are off the street, and not licensed. They do horrible work. The men at this company are demeaning to women. I had the absolute worst experience. Run!

Don’t hire this company the estimator Ernesto is very disrespectful to women and very demanding when it comes to a down payment. He came here one time to do an estimate and not only did he not give me a copy of the estimate he demanded almost $10,000 upfront but failed to mention specifically what the money was going to be used for in regards to materials and labor. When I asked about what the money was for he said he didn’t have the time to break it down and itemize it for me when the amount the insurance company paid for the estimate was all accounted for the materials and labor. Not to mention they tried to charge an extra $500 for the deductible plus a down payment of $1000 and $7000 down. I told him that there were discrepancies in the work authorization amount and asked him to fix it and explain it or I wouldn’t sign it he said he would update it to the correct amount but never did and never fully explained all the upfront charges so he lost my trust at that point. Then about a week or two later he called me demanding that I sign the work authorization and pay him $10k for doing nothing so I refused and he got angry and started going off on me and then told me he was canceling the work order. In our last conversation I told him that I didn’t appreciate the way he was talking to me he was very disrespectful and I didn’t appreciate it and didn’t deserve it with everything in going through and I ended up hanging up the phone on him and haven’t heard from him since then. All I can say is be careful who you hire to do work at your house and just because the insurance refers a contractor to do the work doesn’t mean that you have to go with that contractor it’s your choice not theirs! Since then we found our own contractor nearby that is legitimate and really cares about helping the customer to restore their home to what it was like before the loss and we couldn’t be happier

This company came out after being referred by the insurance. They produced a low estimate for the insurance and then refused to schedule or complete the work. Additionally, charged me 1000 for asbestos testing on a house built in 1985 (which turned out to be negative) and then refused to give me the report. Do not trust or work with this company.

I’ve been having issues with the company and being unresponsive. Over two months ago they said they would get back to me and have yet to hear from them. It’s what caused me to look at their ratings and I’m seeing it’s not just me. Must be because they already received the insurance check. I’m at a loss of what to do now.

Very impressed with this company. All the people involved were polite and extremely hard workers. Did an amazing job! The Project Manager, Dillan Fear, checked on the job throughout and kept us apprised. He was very communicative and professional. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

Worst company to hire or work for, don’t believe anything they say. They are liars and unethical, not the company you want to hire for your restoration. Stay clear.
