PuroClean SAN CLEMENTE was referred to me by a neighbor and they did a GREAT job. I received four bids and found them to be priced fairly. Blake did a good job during the walkthrough to explain their approach, and what to expect. The crew was outstanding. They were professional, efficient, and kind. Equally important to me, they did not make mess. They left the space super clean. Highly recommend Blake and team.

The Puro Clean inspector came out and gave a thorough assessment of my kitchen shelving. Water damage was bad. Nice guy, good work and I feel better now that I know it will be fixed and no more breathing in mold. It was really bad.

Here’s my little backstory: I have been living in an old senior housing apartment complex in Fallbrook, CA for the past 1.5 years and I believe I have exposed myself to visible black mold in my shower. Upon moving in 1.5 years ago, my roomie showed me the shower and black markings were little on the shower walls… but still visible and I just chalked it up to harmless mildew or something and didn’t make a big deal of it. Over this past 1.5 years though I’ve suffered from a slew of health issues since moving in to the place, ranging from severe kidney pain (landed me to the ER a few times) chronic stomach bloating, mental confusion/memory impairments, and increasing anxiety/fatigue and insomnia/nightmares and trouble breathing. Beginning in Feb/March 2024 I felt my body putting up a real fight… feeling like I simply can not exist comfortably and a feeling of something dangerous nearby. I did a deep dive on mold exposure a few days ago and was watching videos on YouTube but I really wanted to talk to a local expert in town, a real human being with experience in mold. I got a hold of PuRoClean through a google search and got a hold of Blake and he’s the man! I told him the story above and he gave me the real talk and some details on what to do with my upcoming moving out. He was very resourceful and understanding as I was talking about my backstory. I can not believe I didn’t take this situation more seriously! Blake was very helpful and understanding and I feel more supported simply by reaching out to PuroClean and talking to a professional.
