ACR services were really professional and helped me out a lot. It was my first time facing such incident and they were very helpful explaining everything and giving me tips on what to do next. They showed up to Big Bear very fast and started right away. They were available whenever I called and answered all my questions. I am very grateful and would defiantly recommend them.

John has been in this business for a long time. He knows what he is doing and he does it well. He is experienced at working with insurance companies. Most importantly he is an excellent advocate for the customer.

Phoned for an estimate. Was told they would phone me back in a few minutes. No call back after nearly three hours. Phoned them again to be given the excuse their office was to suppose to phone me back.

I had storm related water damage to my home. John with ACR was highly recommended by someone I trust. John was responsive, professional and explained everything that needed to happen to prevent further damage to my home (water detection, removal of damaged flooring, drying device setup, etc). I was truly satisfied with the service I received and would recommend ACR.

John did an excellent job of removing mold and removing all water damaged material such as walls and flooring. He is very friendly and professional at all times and works directly with the insurance so one less headache for me. He answered all my questions and never left me in the dark of what he is doing or planning on doing always keeping me updated on everything he plans or planned to do. Overall perfect experience he truly left no stone unturned working he did an excellent job of removing everything in a timely manner and goes above and beyond working with the insurance so I didn’t have to. I highly recommend him if you have water damage property he works excellent and precisely with insurance or people to insure an amazing experience. 10 out of 10 I definitely would hire him again!!!!

John showed up after hours to accommodate my work hours, went above n beyond to help us at a horrible time dealing with a flood, he did a great job working with my wife and her needs , the house was left very clean and ready for repairs!! We had a great experience with ACR services .

ACR Services was responsive and timely and were able to get us on their schedule quickly. They took about two days to clean up and handled disposal of ruined items as well as the clean up. Highly recommend!

On Thanksgiving we had a leak and I called ACR Restoration assuming they would be closed. I immediately got a call back from John and he said he would be out first thing in the morning. He kept his word and showed up ready to work and explained the restoration process clearly. He was able to answer all my questions and even detected new leaks throughout our house that we weren’t even aware of which saved us tons of money and headaches. John also referred us to a great pack out company. Throughout our restoration John was constantly in communication with us and would call and make sure we were doing well. When you need a quality company that respects their customers and understand their needs during an emergency ACR is definitely the one you should call!

John helped us with our property after it was practically destroyed by a tenant plating marihuana indoors. It was a total mess but he knew exactly how to take care of the problem. He was very thorough with his job and we are very satisfied and thankful to have him there.
