Nate and his crew showed up within 30 minutes after our initial phone call. We were in a major panic after our bathroom pipe had burst and leaked all the way down to our kitchen. We had to get major repairs done. Nate’s crew was so professional, answered all questions. They were punctual, knowledgeable and compassionate during this difficult time. Thank you for everything!

We are putting our home on the market and decided to refinish our shower with a different company. After the shower was refinished, there was a leak in it upstairs and water went into the floor/ ceiling downstairs. Critical Control was called out to help. They were at our home the next day (Tuesday) and by Friday afternoon the moisture was 100% dry, the ceiling was repaired, and they painted for us. Thanks to the very quick response and turnaround, we are still on track to list our home on time. We are very happy with their work and their team was very helpful and friendly.

The service provided was outstanding, and the response was exceptional. From the beginning until the completion of the cleanup and drying process, Paul and his team were attentive and committed to completing the project. Special recognition goes to Jacquie for her frequent visits to our home to ensure the drying process was successful. They deserve the highest praise!

Critical Control went above and beyond for us in our situation, working around a number of delays and even a random family flu that slowed everything way down. Chloe and Zac were always accommodating and insightful throughout the process. Would recommend.

Found out we had a dishwasher leak, called CCR to come out and mitigate the situation. Walter, Minor and Jacquie came out and got started on drying out the floors quickly. They were very clean and respectful of having kids and pets in the house. The crew were always on time and the one incident where they got caught up with another job, they called to let me know they were running late, which I appreciated. Will call these guys again if I ever have to deal with a similar incident in the future.
