Worst driver ever!!!! I caught one of their box truck ( bay 3) driver on south bound 101 morgan hill cutting people off tailgating and showing middle fingers getting aggressive.

Our water heater leaked in our new home causing a lot of water damage. ERC was very responsive and was able to come out the same day to assess the damage and provide a quote, they were professional and easy to work with and most importantly were able to address the water damage leveraging their equipment and expertise that prevented us from needing to do any reconstruction to our home. We are very grateful!

An HVAC contractor found a broken drain pipe while he was inspecting ducting. My plumber recommended Emergency Restoration to remove wet soil, sanitize and apply absorbent before the plumber could work. Robert and Joseph came quickly and gave us a quote for the work to be done. I accepted their quote and they began work right away. In hindsight, the fee seems a bit high after seeing the short amount of time that they worked under the house. When you have such a problem, you can’t spend the time getting competitive quotes. Robert and Joseph were very professional and answered my questions. They showed me pictures of the before and after restoration. The next day my plumber was able to safely work in the area.

They are recommended by the plumping company to clean up my sewering leakage in craw space. But their quote is much higher (1.5x) than other company I finally chose. And they charge $150 for on-site evaluation. There are a bunch of good companies on market offering free evaluation.

Extremely satisfied with ERC’s professionalism and promptness. We had a routine water problem but approaching Labor Day weekend everyone else was booked. ERC said they would have someone out same day to assess and next day they were down to business. Oscar was a pleasure to talk to and Robert was knowledgeable and transparent about costs and how to best resolve our issue. Sorry I forget the other guy’s name but he was great too! This is an honest, hardworking small business and I would highly recommended to anyone looking for emergency resto.
