At first they were referred to me by the plumber. He said a lot of nice things about Ritchie so I decided to go with them. They are very nice at first, specially Ritchie just to get your business in the door with any type of promise they can make. Just be aware!!!!

This company is unprofessional and unresponsive. The person I worked with that was overseeing the job did not respond to my emails, calls or phone calls. Do not use this company! In addition to not responding, they took a very long time to complete work.

Working with Superdry has been great! Moises, Kyle and Zach have been very helpful. They always explained what they were doing and the progress as it was done. I was notified in advance when they needed to come by. All of them are very courteous and always cleaned up when they were done. Superdry has made the disaster of my water leak less stressful. I definitely recommend.

My dog got a direct hit from a skunk and then ran through our house spreading the foul stench EVERYWHERE. The smell was the most horrific and overwhelming odor I’ve ever smelled. Called a few places to get prices for odor remediation. Ritchie responded within minutes of my quote request. He was incredibly helpful and ended up saving us well over $1000. Definitely recommending Super Dry to everyone we know! Thanks Super Dry!!!

I unfortunately had a pipe burst in my home and Insurance would not cover it. Iam so glad I was referred to Ritchie, the original resto company that came out was terrible. SUPER DRY was/is amazing!!! 10Stars. Ritchie not only helped me with a Public Adjuster, he wanted to make sure my out of pocket was affordable. He connected me with Jeff and he grabbed the bull by the horns. With my and my wife’s crazy schedule they are accomadating and very professional from management to the team sent to do the demo and resto. Kyle and Zack are on their A game impressive work. Down to Crystal who took payment! She was a gem. I have to say my experience with them has been amazing… Top notch service, care, and work! Thank you Super Dry team for making this unbearable situation a breeze.
