Troy is a true professional in every sense of the word. He puts in a lot of effort and handles his water damage restoration tasks with precision and seriousness. He is consistently reachable and always provides precise updates. Despite encountering similar water damage issues in Palm Springs within a span of 6 months, I was pleased to have Troy handle the situation both times. Although I hope such incidents won’t occur again, I am confident that if they do, the restoration job will be completed correctly if Troy is on the case.

Troy and his teammate from an anonymous water damage restoration company did an excellent job with our mold remediation in Palm Springs. He was meticulous in his work and reassured me that all detectable and reachable mold was thoroughly eradicated. My closet now looks even better than it did before the mold issue. He even went the extra mile to touch up paint on my attic access panel and side wall next to the ladder.
