I was running a bath and rushed out, totally forgot about it and came back home to the biggest mess ever. Totally flooded my house. Hydro hero came out, got the job done quick and efficient and totally would recommend them. Great work and super relieved now

i’m a 21 year old music artist working a restaurant job all day so my sink flooding my kitchen completely stressed me out. i assumed the process would be extremely difficult, stressful and time consuming considering the other businesses i called made it super confusing. but when i called them they were super professional, kind and make it all make sense to me. they did a great job and honestly really appreciate their way of work.

I had a really good experience with Hydro Hero – as good as once can expect from an emergency. I found that they went above and beyond by exhibiting a lot of empathy. You don’t really realize how important this is until you are in emergency situation. I was really reassured based on the first contact I had with Kristine on the phone, who was amazing. She reassured me that they would be able to solve all my problems and quickly!. The Hydro Hero team who came to my home were very professional and worked quickly. I always felt I could reach out to anyone at our home or in the office with any questions I had. I’d definiely recommend them for water damage restoration emergency services.

I had water damage in my restroom and Hydro Hero came and took great care of my home. Everyone I spoke with was professional, and informative – and they had great customer service, which is surprising to find these days – a really great old school touch. I left out of town and left them in charge of my house – I was fully confident before leaving that everything would be taken care of. They updated me every visit when they made progress on the job, which gave me a lot of confidence on my trip. When I returned it was as if nothing had happened! I recommend anyone who needs water damage restoration services or mold remediation to give Hydro Hero a call.

Hydro Hero helped us with a severe water damage emergency in our home. My house was flooded with 2″ of standing water when a downstairs pipe burst. Hydro Hero was the first listing in Google, and their reviews sounded very good. I called and was surprised to get someone immediately on the phone – (thank you Kristine!). We were surprised to get them out to our house within hours of the call! I recommend them to anyone needing water damage restoration expertise. They were polite, on time, and completed the work very well – you can’t even tell we had an emergency.

My next door neighbor recommended Hydro Hero and I’m grateful for this – they really were fantastic. First, they are very easy to reach and schedule – I called very late at night, so the 24 hour emergency service came in handy. I had called some other services and no one answered the phone! Hydro Hero arrived at our house as scheduled (and the first visit was within a couple hours of calling). They are friendly and knowledgeable and patiently explain things to people who are panicked – they kept us calm. I would recommend them without reservation.

Hydro Hero did a great job restoring my house from the water damage caused by a leaking pipe from the tub in the unit upstairs. They patiently took the time to explain the water damage restoration process. This gave us a lot of confidence in what was going on and what they were doing. Everyone at Hydro Herowas responsive, professional, and kind. They kept the work area impeccable – it was always kept clean. The final result looks terrific – my home is back to its original state, before the emergency. I highly recommend Hydro Hero.

Hydro Hero is amazingly responsive (they came to my property in under 2 hours on a holiday weekend!). A rooftop drain leak caused water to spill down the walls of our town house. Hydro Hero did the water damage restoration work at our place and he was incredible. Thorough, professional, above and beyond in every way. Left everything so clean. They explained everything they were doing and why, came back multiple times to check on the progress, and were just a genuinely wonderful to be around at an incredibly distressing time our lives! 10/10 would recommend again!
