Forrest Gagne of Dry Medic was amazing. Dry Medic did a superb job! Forrest responded quickly to my calls and texts. He coordinated all aspects of my repair (water leak). He explained things clearly so I could understand what was going on. He is very smart and had great attention to detail, a fantastic combination. So lucky to have found Dry Medic! I had a leak in a pipe that started in the attic and went through the master bath into a downstairs bathroom. DryMedic was instrumental in opening up the wall and ceiling in both rooms which had water damage. Mold had started to grow and they destroyed it. Paul and Kayden were the technicians and both were excellent in ensuring everything was clean.They were very considerate in how they worked within my house. They were on time and checked with me each day to ensure all questions or concerns were addressed. I would highly recommend DryMedic as they made a stressful situation (leaky pipe) less stressful. Thank you Paul and Kayden!

I recently experienced damage in 2 rooms from a dirty water overflow. DRYmedic Restoration Services was recommended. Once contacted, Forrest came and promptly took charge of the cleanup process. Forrest is professional and friendly, responsive and courteous. I felt confident and comfortable that the restoration process was in good hands at all times. I would definitely use and recommend DRYmedic Restoration Services again, if needed.
