1st home improvement project working with Chris and 911 Flood Pros was the best experience. I had water leak that caused damage to my floors, the contractors did the drywall, flooring and painting was excellent quality work. HIGHLY recommend this company to fix all your needs.

Our HOA hired 911 Flood Pros to take down and fix our ceiling mainly in the living room area, from a water leak on to our ceiling after a big rain storm. Alex did an excellent job of finishing the work and painting on our ceiling. He exhibited professionalism in relating to us. I would highly recommend them.

911 Flood Pros is a fantastic company that provided an incredibly high quality service at a very fair price. Communication from my main point contact (Gian) was always very prompt, transparent, and thorough. Gian listened to all of my questions and concerns and went the extra mile multiple times to accommodate my requests. It’s rare today to find a company so focused on customer service and integrity, but I definitely trust Gian and the team at 911 Flood Pros. I had a burst pipe between my first and second story which caused a fair amount of damage to drywall and laminate flooring. I was referred to 911 Flood Pros. They did a fantastic job restoring of the damaged areas. I further engaged them to do a fair amount of custom woodwork in my living room and to staircase. They did an absolutely phenomial job. I’ve had multiple water damage issues over the years, and have done a number of home improvement projects; working with Gian and 911 Flood Pros has been the best experience with any contractor I have had, hands down.

We had a water leak that damaged a large area in our house. It is scary to watch this happen! The folks from 911 Flood Pros came out to fix the damage. We were so impressed with them that we asked them to also re-pipe our home to prevent future losses. They eased our pain immediately by their prompt, courteous and professional demeanor throughout the entire process. Hoorah to Chris, Ryan, Allison and Sergio (among others) for taking such good care of us! We won’t have a leak now, but we know who to tell our friends to call.

After trying to get contractor after contractor to simply call back, give a bid and schedule some drywall work needed for a kitchen remodel, we finally were directed to 911 Flood Pros by Angi. We could not be more pleased with every aspect of their services. They have been quick to respond; reasonably priced; excellent quality of work; attentive to detail and any questions. They will be our “go to” whenever we need any construction services. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I was having some paint and baseboard discolorarion next to the bathtub. I assumed some water damage happening inside the drywall/tile. I got 911 Flood Pros in the phone quickly and they did setup for the free inspection next day. Giancarlo came on time and inspected the area and advised that water is coming through outside and I probably need some caulking or change the frame to leak proof. He was very nice and professional. I will try them if I face any future water damage issues.

Gian Carlo from 911 Flood Pros. is very professional, very friendly, very responsive, and delivers high quality job. My ceiling damage due to roof leak takes extensive replacement and re-texture & painting, Gian came immediately on request and provided a very professional plan and schedule to get everything repaired including details of safe AC cover replacement. I highly recommend Gian and 911 Flood Pros and you’ll be definitely impressed with his professional job and quick responses when you need him. Gian, good job!

My HOA hired Flood Pros to remediate after black mold was discovered in my condo. It was reported to my HOA March 3rd or 4th. It’s May 13th and the only thing finished so far is the air testing and dry out. I was off this ENTIRE week to be certain I’d be in town to make certain I could finally have my closets rebuilt. I’ve been living out of suitcases since this incident began. I’ve been quite ill from it. Flood Pros was advised well in advance of my schedule and continuously delayed my repairs as they had other ‘emergencies’ come in and I believe they may have lacked the equipment as they removed the air scrubbers from my place. Not only did they delay things, but they also sent someone to my condo unauthorized to enter who came in an placed scrubbers again without any permission to enter my premises. I have an issue with anyone entering my property without permission, and especially when I’ve made this clear about redoing my entire monthly schedule to accommodate repairs. It’s Friday the 13th and they refused to accommodate me to finish this job by Saturday. They told me they would see if workers were willing to finish Saturday and they aren’t. Since I’m working in the airline industry this will result in another ; four day delay on top of the over two months I’ve already waited. I had 15 days off in a row last time these inconsiderate people refused to get things started. Don’t ever hire them if you want things done quickly. Your place could be unfinished like mine where they don’t advise they’ll be returning huge fans to scrub the air. I came home last night to finally sleep in my place to find these two air scrubbers running. I’d have stayed elsewhere, but it was 11:30 pm and I had already inconvenienced others and stayed at hotels due to this nonsense to where I’m running out of options. I’ve exhausted my funds as insurance only paid $2,500 in damages. I have a Murphy bed that was against the wall saturated with mold yet my mold tests supposedly cleared as A okay. Don’t trust the clowns in the mold businesses. And don’t hire Flood Pros if you want true professionals. Professional people show up on time and don’t delay you for months when you need your home. This business won’t be in business much longer if this is how they operate on a regular basis.
