I reached out to Gary with Paul Davis Restoration to help with patching up a dry rot issue on the side of the house. He responded immediately and swung by from a nearby project to assess. He was more than honest and stated they could do it, but it there are more economical ways to do so given the scale of the job. After providing a quote, Gary also sent me links for the DIY approach, despite the fact that it hurt his potential business. I am more than grateful for his (free) time and assistance. I truly appreciated his ethical approach of handing clients, and would recommend him to others.

had a toilet overfull that damaged my bedrooms and kitchen, i was referred to Gary and Jamie by a family friend and had a really positive experience. highly professional and punctual. Dealing with Mold can be a PAIN! I was shopping around for a Restoration company to help me deal with this infestation . I had a few companies come out & to be honest ; it was not the greatest experience until Gary from Paul Davis arrived. Something about his demeanor and his logical thinking about controlling the mold (since it can ACT as a VIRUS)! made me want to work with them. I was educated through the remediation process and job only took 8 days with the repairs. They insured me that the Mold would not reappear as long as the source was addressed which in fact it was! After the remediation – I was told to hire my own Third party testing company to complete Mold CLEARANCE testing which in fact WE PASSED! I cant thank enough Becky from the office as well as Gary & Jamie. Recommending to all my friends & family to Paul Davis Restoration!!

I recently discovered mold on my window sills and decided to contact a professional after finding conflicting information on the internet. One company came in and immediately said I need to replace my windows. I said that wasn’t going to happen and sent him on his way (this was the same company who’s phone rep told me that vinegar grows mold). When Paul Davis came in they checked the sills and walls for moisture content. Gary explained that everything seemed to be dry however the humidity level in the room was too high. I already knew the mold was most likely from the condensation I get on these particular windows when it is wet and cold as it has been this year. The problem was very small as far as abatement goes. Gary guided me on the products to buy to properly clean the mold myself, and explained that most importantly I need to to deal with the excess humidity in the room and get a dehumidifier. I really appreciate the honesty and guidance Gary gave me.
