Off the charts it terms of technical and practical knowledge, friendly, customer service oriented, professional, polite, on time and a great value! This business is guaranteed by Google and WOW, what a great experience, really above and beyond the call to duty. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me, try them and see, you will not be disappointed. Procare Procare deserves TEN stars! We had a faucet that failed from the shower upstairs and water came downstairs and damaged our kitchen ceiling, kitchen cabinets, and wood flooring. I found out about Procare through my insurance claims adjuster. He recommended me and I can see why. I contacted John and he promptly answered. John came out and the next day his team conducted water mitigation to the area. All I can say is that John and his team helped us ease our uncomfortable situation. John and his team are absolutely amazing. John promptly returns my calls and texts. John is honest, prompt, knowledgeable and most importantly a great human being. You don’t need to look further–this company is the real deal. I have full confidence in him and his team. I utmost recommend his company. Btw: I read all of his awesome reviews before contacting him and after working with him I can see why, I want to give him 100 stars . Thank you John and Procare!! I have referred PROCARE for years. I have had NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL compliments about how professional, knowledgeable, and courteous they are. The work is competitively priced backed by an impeccable work ethic. I would HIGLY RECOMMEND anyone with Water Damage and Mold on their property to call them. They are above the rest HANDS DOWN!!!

I had a slab leak and ProCare managed my many repairs perfectly. All the sub-contractors were 5 star professionals. I am picky and hard to please, and I can’t say ONE negative thing about ProCare! They handled everything! If you want an easy and professional renovation, I urge you to hire ProCare Services. Why not hire the best? (I’m not related to anyone in ProCare. This is my unbiased opinion). Five stars all the way!

Let’s face it, if you’re reading reviews to find a company to repair water damage and get rid of mold, you are not having a great day. How do you know who to trust and who will be able to resolve your problems? John is absolutely the right choice. He responded immediately, evaluated our situation and scheduled us to get started the next day. He was professional as well as friendly and put me at ease right away. He answered every question I had and assured me that they would take care of everything, which is exactly what they did. They were on time (actually reached out because they got done on a job and were able to come early), prompt to respond when I texted questions or concerns, and kept me informed throughout the process. This is the company you want to talk to and hire. You will be in the best hands.

I highly recommend ProCare Services to take care of water damage. I recently had water damage that permeated my walls and ruined my wood plank flooring. John assessed the damage and worked directly with my insurance company to make things very easy for me. In the end my house actually looks nicer than before the damage occurred. John’s team removed furniture as needed, opens walls, dried things out, used specialists to remove the hazardous materials in order to prepare for repairs needed to button things up. I would use ProCare in a heartbeat for any such services needed in the future (although I hope that I don’t need to.)

I cannot sing ProCare Services praises enough! Not only were they reliable, efficient, and clean but they were also incredibly friendly. My insurance adjuster came to inspect and he actually kept commenting on how honest the work was. I was expecting a stressful, chaotic experience (dealing with a shower leak that had made its way down to my kitchen), and had nothing of the sort. John and his team walked and talked me through everything and I could not be happier!
