Our store was flooded from the recent rains and we quickly realized we couldn’t fix this alone. The cleanup was made so much easier with Jeff from Servpro. He walked us thru the process, set up the machines to dry, and we were back open within a couple of days. Hopefully you’ll never have flood damage, but if you do, definitely call them, it could have been really bad if we didn’t, thanks again Jeff!

My house was flooded because of a pipe burst. The crew and project managers did a great job of making sure everything is dried. On the other hand, the had minimum to no care for my personal belongings. During packing they were pushing things hard to make them fit into the boxes, storing wet stuff, etc. During demolition they broke the door of an expensive wall oven and spoiled a range hood because they started removing the kitchen cabinets before securing the kitchen appliances to avoid damaging them. Instead of offering to pay for the appliances they wanted my insurance to pay arguing that it’s “normal” for this to happen during demolition. It took quite some effort and follow up until they finally paid for the wall oven (they paid only for the broken door). In general, they were too focused on drying the place and made little effort to save what could be saved.
