This company is absolutely the best. The team literally came to my rescue when I had terrible water damage. Everything was done professionally and efficiently and my fears were always addressed. When we had water damage in our kitchen, it was a nightmare because we had just re-did our home from another loss and used a different company. We had a bad experience with the other and called SRS in the evening. Dave, Elvis, and Mike showed up and took care of it. The whole process was way better than it was with the other company we used. They were timely, knowledgeable, and finished the job quickly. So much so, that it inspired me to get into the water damage service myself. Thank you SRS for helping us before we were familiar with the mitigation process and for giving us the experience we deserved!

We are just starting out our repair and remediation process. Antonio and Santiago came out today to inspect the damage. They were very thorough. In fact, they were the ONLY professionals we had out who actually went up into the attic to accurately assess the damage we were dealing with. Very grateful for a thorough and accurate inspection. Very kind and professional. Will update this review as well once the work has been completed.
