I’ve used renew restoration a couple years ago for a slab leak I had in my kitchen and had nothing but positive things to say about Eric, Arnie and the rest of the crew. Unfortunately I discovered ANOTHER slab leak in my bathroom earlier this year. I was confident to know I had a good company I can rely on to help me with yet again another large scale project in my home. Sure enough, I called Eric and everything was handled seamlessly. Everything for the water mitigation and mold detection, to the plumbing and patching the holes back up from the repairs. This company is also really good about handling the headaches of communicating with insurance making sure all the proper documentation is provided in a timely manner just the way the insurance company needs it. Couldn’t recommend a better company for such problems that may arise in your home. Thank you renew restoration!

Chris and Daniel where the men who did my kitchen demolition after a pipe burst in my kitchen with Arnie as their supervisor. Each of them was incredibly professional, kind and efficient. They always let me know when they were coming over, what they would be doing that day, when they would be taking their lunch break and returning and when they would be leaving for the day. They were always orderly and cleaned up afterward and each day asked me if I had any questions or concerns. I hope the crew that comes in to do the rebuild is as great!

Had a plumbing problem that damaged the bathroom and living room floors. Renew Restoration did the repairs and they did an outstanding job. Eric and his staff are professional, courteous and very detailed. The house itself look brand new and even better. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Renew Restoration.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner and the employees are fantastic to work with. They absolutely have the consumers’ back when dealing with the insurance company. I recommend them to anyone with an insurance claim or anyone that wants an honest, quality contractor, for work on their home or business. I wish there entire team a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas. You guys ate the BEST.

In 8/2021 my hot water heater burst, which affected my laundry room and kitchen. I googled water restoration companies and chose to call Renew Restoration. The first person that came to my home was Arnie Mendez. He came out to give me a quote on the project. Arnie was so thorough in explaining every step of the project to me. Which is what made me want to work with Renew Restoration. He made the project run smoothly from the mold removal to the water damage clean up. After that part of the job was completed, I then worked with the owner of the company Eric Funnell to have my laundry room, kitchen, living/dining room, small hallway and one bathroom remodeled due to the damage. Mr. Funnell was also very thorough in explaining the next phase of the project. The crew that was sent to assist with the remodel was so professional and wonderful. Everyone was so respectful. The overall job was completed timely, and I would use Renew Restoration again and again. I would also recommend Renew Restoration to everyone. My house looks beautiful. Thanks for being there in my time of need.

On Tuesday, September 7, 2021, I found a dark, wet spot coming through the carpet in my master bedroom closet. I called a plumber who informed us that the leak was raw sewage coming from a broken seal in the master bathroom toilet. The plumber recommended Renew Restoration. Arnie Mendez came over and did a complete report on the moisture and sewage that had permeated the walls. By Saturday (9/10, Arnie had received our insurance’s permission to start the demolition / clean up process immediately. For the next two weeks the sound of jack hammers and 7 fans permeated our home as Arnie removed parts of the walls and tested for bacteria. For the next phase, Eric Funnell, the owner of Renew Restoration, sent a very capable crew (German, Carlos and Ben) to reconstruct the bathroom and closet walls and floors. They worked from 8 am to 7 pm every day we were home. We have moved back into the master bedroom and are very pleased with the results. We cannot thank the team from Renew Restoration enough for keeping us calm and informed.
