After almost a year of dealing with Mr. Hale and this company, he quit the job and took off with the insurance money of over $34K. In my personal opinion, I would not hire him unless you like being lied to and stole from.

PuroClean of Lake Elsinore was great n mitigating water damage due to a leaky dishwasher. They were great at dealing with the insurance company. Restoration has been another story altogether. Six months after the initial incident, I am still not back in my kitchen. The company seems to have trouble keeping skilled workers and cannot finish tasks on schedule.

We’re getting ready to have family over for Christmas and we had our toilet overflow water for a couple hours while we were out which was a nightmare to come home to. We called Puroclean and we were met by Jarrett and his team way faster than expected where they removed the water, made sure of no damage, and dried everything up. BEYOND GRATEFUL for the help! Thank you again!!!

Retured home from vacation to find our home flooded from the top to every room on the bottom floor. I have never had to deal with water damage before so I was a little worried about dealing with the insurance carrier. They worked tirelessly and made sure we were not inconvenienced during the process and delt with teh adjuster when I was at work. It took a few days to complete the work and I am happy with the results. I hope I never have to go through this again but should that card be dealt, I know who to call.
