We had a leak in our home/garage. JCS was immediately at our home and doing what needed to be done. We have never had a leak in our home and had no idea what it entailed. JCS exceeded our expectations and so did all the people that work for them. their workers were very friendly, helpful, and communicated with us to keep us updated every step of the way. You will be extemely happy with JCS as we have been. Thank you so much. If we ever need JCS again, believe us when we say JCS would be our first call.

We had a leak in our kitchen, and through our Homeowners Insurance JCS Restoration was assigned to do our water damage mitigation. Almost immediately a crew arrived and started the mitigation/drying out/ damage assessment process. All of the members of the crew were exemplary in their duties to the task. They were professional, courteous, punctual, clean, communitive, and respectful. My wife and I are very appreciative of the work they did. They all represent JCS Restoration with the upmost integrity. The young men I speak of are Santos, Matt, Jesse, Robert, Alexis, Jaden, and Juan. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone. Thank You again JCS for your outstanding work.

Had a flood a few months ago in my home and did not know what to do. I was recommended JCS by my insurance carrier, needless to say I am so HAPPY that I used them. The mitigation team led by Jimmy came in and put my mind at ease. The Contents team led by Lisa took care of all our belongings. (Very trustworthy) I was overwhelmed but they were really good at communicating and made it less stressful. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I will definitely be using JCS again. !! Life savers ! Thank you!

Had a major water roof leak from the winter storms. Two years to the month, I had a pipe leak that cause water damage. JCS was recommended by my plumber and JCS step in and worked with my Insurance company, doing all the leg work. Once I started working with my insurance company, they recommend that next time I have a problem, to contact them first. Never the less, JCS did a wonderful job repairing my leak damage. When I currently had a roof leak last month, I contacted my insurance company and they sent out “their contracted people.” They dried out my home but when it came to repairing the damages, I decided to check their Google reviews; thank you Google! They had very bad reviews and I did not want to take that chance so I contacted JCS and they came through once again, this time as “family members.” They are professional and they work with servant’s hearts. I highly recommend them and if I ever need help again, I will be calling them because they deliver and their pricing is fair (I did my homework).

Bottom line: Totally incompetent, and they caused more damage to my property that they wouldn’t acknowledge. Could not recoup reimbursement money from insurance company because of them. In additional, nasty and unprofessional

Dylan and his team are amazing! 🙌🏼 I totally recommend this company. They are very professional, work was done ahead of time, the communication was awesome and I appreciate how they did everything on their hands to finish repairing my house with all the extra problems I had at the time ❤️ I’ll forever be grateful. My 2 1/2 yr new remodeled kitchen was severely damaged from a hidden Water leak. A third of my kitchen walls, cabinets and all the kitchen flooring was demolished and replaced. My replaced cabinets are a perfect match to the rest of the kitchen. JCS worked directly with my insurance company. Andre, my project manager and his team of professionals worked quickly on my project and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you JCS Restoration!
