We used Blake Peel with 911 Restoration of Temecula Valley. We had a leak that had resulted in necessitating mold remediation as well as repairs. Blake always answered his phone when I called. He answered my numerous questions with patience and has true knowledge and experise in this line of work. He kept me updated and informed of the process that was taking place. The repair appointments were punctual. Having repairs done on a home with tenants has its own share of stress. All of the work was done in a timely manner and the tenants were also happy in the end. I highly recommend this company for both water/mold remediation and repairs. Having used other companies as a property manager in the past, this company is hands down the best I’ve ever used. When first notified, Blake and his co-workers were very prompt in remediating the serious water damage problem in my home. He was very professional, respectful, and courteous as the work proceeded and was very responsive to all my inquiries and questions as they arose. He kept me informed of a few unexpected discoveries as they were encountered, and all work was completed within a timely manner. I felt that we had worked together quite well during this process of dealing with my rather unpleasant necessity. I had an “emergency” leak in the wall behind my refrigerator. The kitchen, dining and living rooms flooded. Mark, the owner of this business, took control of the situation very professionally. He and his sub-contractors did a wonderful job of planning and coordinating the work that was necessary (and it was A LOT!!!). Every part of the reconstruction was done with such care and pride of workmanship. He handled the home insurance company so that I could just trust his intervention on my behalf. I could not be happier with the results. I would recommend this company highly!!!
