My elderly mother has used ServPro twice in the past couple of years for water damage. Constantin and his team arrived promptly and took care of business. Daniela in the office is very helpful with questions we had along the way. We hope to never need their services again, but we know we’d use them again if the need arose.

Did a great job cleaning up flood and asbestos removal. Remodeled entire house. (Constantine Balen has his own construction company so I only had to work with him). High quality, easy to work with,good communication. He’s going to be repiping my house, which is pretty old and the pipes are leaking. Very happy I found him. Highly recommend.

Constantin and his team were very helpful during the cleanup and reconstruction following a major leak in my kitchen. They were able to come out and start working next day after the plumbing fix the leak. Constantin was very personable, reliable, and explained everything clearing from how to fix the issue as well as pricing. His customer service, reliability, and efficiency are exceptional. You should absolutely give them a call! My house now looks great and really recommend Servpro of Central Garden Grove with Constantin doing a great job with their work. I will definitely use again if others issues arise. Exceptional service and communication. Thanks Constantin!

Following water damage to our kitchen, ServPro of Central Garden Grove mediated and repaired the extensive damage along with remodeling the entire kitchen! We have nothing but praise for Constantin and Daniela’s professionalism, thoroughness, patience in dealing with our insurance company, helpfulness and friendliness… and of course the hard work and expertise in handling and overseeing of the entire job!! I was gone for 2 weeks on a beautiful vacation only to return home to a nightmare a pipe broke inside my wall and lets just say it was horrible stuff growing on the wall, strong mildew smell flooring completely ruined my wife and I were devastated so I started looking into a water restoration company and found serv pro of central garden grove and I spoke to Abel and he sent his crew out immediately to my home to asses the damage and the moment they walked through the door and introduced themselves my wife and I knew we were going to be ok they carried themselves very professionally and were confident in there actions Jacob,josh and Joe were their names and immediately they jumped into action and contained all affected areas they deemed to have mold.they explained each step and action they took .these guys were young but I found them to be knowledgeable and professional they showed great respect for my personal property as they moved it around to work I would definitely recommend serv pro of central garden grove I hope I don’t ever have a need for your service again but your card is on my fridge readily available if I do thank you Abel,josh,Jacob and Joe you guys are phenomenal .sincerely a very satisfied customer
